INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Feeling lost, going through difficult moments, feeling depressed, having relationship issues, feeling unease with your life or just not knowing why it doesn't feel comfortable...
These are some manifestations that show it would be beneficial for you to seek support. It doesn't matter if you can't pinpoint what's upsetting you. If you're not feeling at ease, you are welcome to contact us for an open conversation in English about what's going on.
CHILD THERAPY
Even at a young age, both children and adolescents may require additional support to navigate certain emotional, behavioural, and social challenges associated with their stage of development.
It is commonly assumed that therapy for children or adolescents functions in the same way as it does for adults: the child attends sessions to work through their issues with the psychologist. However, clinical experience shows that in the case of children — and often in adolescent therapy as well — the active involvement of parents is essential for meaningful change, as their behaviour and emotional world remain closely linked to family dynamics.
For this reason, our approach has a strong family component, where parental involvement is a central focus.

COUPLE'S / MARRIAGE COUNSELING
Couples may face various challenges along their journey together. Differences in parenting, divergent views on the future, financial issues, and the high demands of daily life are some examples of reasons why individuals may begin to feel disconnected.
If this is your situation, couples therapy can help to rebuild the bridges that have weakened.
DRUGABUSE AND ADDICTION
It's quite often people who have a problem related to consumtion have difficulties recognizing it. Therefore, it's his or her close ones who tend to detect something's not well since an early stage.
This is the reason why 95% of consultations are held by family members or close friends. Even sometines, the consultation can come from someone at a person's workspace.

If this is the case, you don't have to wait until the person you're worried about decides to seek help.
Problems with alcohol or drugs have a solution. If you're worried about the consequences alcohol or drug consumption are having upon any member of your family, contact us.

COACHING FOR A FULFILLING RETIREMENT
In our current society, work plays a central part in our identity, our place in society and even many times our place in the family. What happens when our years of formal work come to an end?

Modern societies are encountering difficulty in addressing this question, thus raising the degrees of uncertainty and misorientation to the experience of those facing this stage in their lives.

Currently more and more people seek to continue feeling up-to-date, wish to stay active, pursue their interests and extend their working activity. All this means that people reaching retirement age are posing questions requiring answers different to the traditional ones about their personal, family, occupational and leisure development.

Supplementing the appropriate tools from Coaching and Psychotherapy, during sessions which may sometimes welcome family members we assist the detection and pondering about those aspects which are critical for a satisfactory future life.
Preparing for Retirement isn't just about financial readiness. Feeling active and living according to the lifestyle you desire depend on having a personal purpose.
We run this programme in partnership with 60 Plus.
